We are seeking a Vice President of Marketing reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer who will scale the marketing function of a $250M+ SaaS organization through its next phase of growth. They will help build and lead a modern, data-driven marketing engine that accelerates pipeline creation, improves lead quality, increases conversion across the buyer journey, and supports expansion across a multi-product SaaS portfolio.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong bias for action, a collaborative mindset, and a contagious will to win. This leader should be energized by complexity, comfortable operating in a high-demand environment, and motivated by the opportunity to strengthen team effectiveness and operating discipline.

Working in close partnership with the CRO, this leader will build and execute data-driven demand generation strategies, improve marketing's contribution to ARR growth, and establish a rigorous operating cadence with clear KPIs tied to revenue outcomes.

They will be an experienced people leader who brings clarity, focus, and positive energy to the team. They know how to set direction, create alignment, and build an environment where employees understand the priorities and feel motivated by the work.

What You Will do

  • Translate company strategy into clear marketing priorities, operating plans, KPIs, budgets, and execution roadmaps.

  • Drive a data-driven marketing engine that supports growth across a multi-product SaaS portfolio.

  • Work cooperatively with the CRO to improve lead quality, pipeline quality, conversion rates, sales velocity, win rates, and overall go-to-market effectiveness.

  • Improve lead quality, funnel performance, conversion rates, campaign ROI, and marketing's overall contribution to ARR growth.

  • Build and scale a strong customer marketing strategy that deepens engagement, supports retention and expansion, and maximizes growth within a defined market opportunity.

  • Optimize our field marketing and events strategy to ensure events are targeted, measurable, and directly tied to pipeline creation, customer engagement, and revenue impact.

  • Develop marketing programs that support the successful integration of acquired companies, including brand alignment, customer communication, cross-sell opportunities, and go-to-market coordination.

  • Optimize marketing technology, systems, data quality, campaign operations, attribution, and automation.

  • Create a strong operating rhythm between Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, and Customer Success.

  • Bring transparency, discipline, and accountability to marketing performance and revenue contribution.

  • Serve as an inspiring and steady leader who creates clarity, reinforces a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, urgency, and excellence, and helps the team navigate periods of high demand, change, and growth.

Who You Are

  • 15+ years of marketing experience, including senior marketing leadership.

  • Experience as the top marketing leader or senior-most marketing executive in a $250M+ SaaS, technology, or recurring-revenue business.

  • Proven success scaling marketing operations and driving measurable results in a high-growth environment.

  • Deep expertise in demand generation, revenue marketing, product marketing, digital marketing, marketing operations, and customer marketing.

  • Demonstrated ability to build pipelines, improve lead quality, increase funnel conversion, and drive measurable contribution to ARR growth.

  • Experience leading marketing across a multi-product portfolio, multiple customer segments, and complex buyer journeys.

  • Passionate about incorporating AI into the marketing strategy to drive efficiency, enhance personalization, and scale campaign performance.

  • A transformational commercial leader who can help scale the business and elevate marketing's impact.

  • A data-driven operator who brings discipline, focus, and measurable accountability to marketing execution.
