Key duties include managing contract delivery, P&L ownership, driving portfolio expansion, and engaging DHS leadership across agencies such as ICE, TSA, Coast Guard, USSS, and CISA. The role involves building high-performing teams, fostering client relationships, and shaping new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred, with at least 15 years of experience.
- Proven success in outcome-based contracts, technical fluency in digital transformation, AI/ML, cyber security, and cloud platforms.
- Trusted relationships within DHS leadership; experience engaging senior executives.
- Active clearance (TS preferred); prior VP/Sr. Director experience required.
- Strong leadership, mentorship, and business development skills.
Work environment includes a home office with periodic travel, primarily sedentary with light physical activity, and standard office conditions. AI tools may assist in the hiring process, but final decisions are human-driven.
