8+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare operations, preferably in integrated care, FQHC, or behavioral health settings required
Experience with a breadth of multi-disciplinary programs, including grant administration, implementation and execution required
Demonstrated success leading complex multi‑site clinical operations and large interdisciplinary teams
Strong knowledge of AHCCCS, Medicaid managed care, FQHC operations, and value‑based care models
Demonstrated success in operational leadership, financial and budgetary management, and team development
The Vice President, Health Center Services (VP HCS) provides senior leadership for Terros Health's network of health centers, ensuring high‑quality, accessible, culturally responsive care across all programs and service lines. Reporting to the Chief Clinical Officer, the VP HCS is responsible for operational excellence, clinical integration and execution, patient access, financial performance, and workforce development across all Health Center sites. This role ensures that each health center delivers coordinated, whole‑person care aligned with Terros Health's mission and strategic priorities in a unified, aligned, compliant, and high-quality fashion.

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Nursing, Behavioral Health, or related field required. Master's degree preferred
Minimum 8 years of progressive leadership in healthcare operations, preferably in integrated care, FQHC, or behavioral health settings

Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or apply for an Arizona fingerprint clearance card (Level 1) within 7 working days of assuming role
Must pass a Background check, Drug Screen, and TB Test
