The successful candidate will be instrumental in the integration of admissions, financial aid, and marketing within a newly formed division, with a focus on driving future enrollment growth. This pivotal role requires expertise in discount management, the design of innovative recruitment plans, and the implementation of effective marketing tactics. A strong understanding of both domestic and international student recruitment, as well as familiarity with up-to-date recruitment technology, is essential. The VPEMM will also be responsible for supervising a team and should have a background in luxury brand-related education programs. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.Applicants for the VPEMM position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree (Master's or terminal degree preferred) and have a minimum of 7 years' experience in the enrollment management profession, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role. The role demands a candidate with a deep knowledge of higher education admissions, financial aid, and marketing, and an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in the field.
