The VP will provide strategic financial leadership for key programs, business ventures, and partnerships with significant organizational investment. And oversee financial planning, including setting business unit targets, managing resource allocation, and driving revenue growth and cost efficiency across assigned entities. You will collaborate with executive leadership on system-wide strategic planning and financial management, including development of capital and operating budgets. And also, lead initiatives to address evolving community needs and healthcare trends while supporting the organizations mission and goals. The VP will ensure operations deliver high-quality, cost-effective care in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Minimum Qualifications: Masters degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Valid drivers license, abstract, and current Hawaii auto insurance. Extensive managerial experience in Finance. The incumbent must also possess strong experience and knowledge in strategic planning and community relations.
Preferred Qualifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification. Previous health care management experience.
