Compensation: $143,000 – $214,000 annually + 17.5% performance bonus (up to 150% upside potential)

Position Overview:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a highly experienced Vice President of Emergency Services to oversee multi-site emergency operations, including a Level II Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center. This role provides executive leadership for adult and pediatric emergency departments and multiple freestanding EDs, managing a team of approximately 160 FTEs. The VP reports to the Chief Nursing Officer and directly oversees three ED Directors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic planning, business development, and service line growth across multi-site ED operations

  • Drive evidence-based practices, patient safety initiatives, and quality outcomes improvement

  • Develop patient throughput strategies, capacity planning, and regulatory compliance programs

  • Foster physician alignment, superior patient experience, and staff engagement initiatives

  • Manage budgets, capital planning, and labor optimization across a high-volume ED network

  • Build external referral networks and maintain competitive positioning in a dynamic healthcare market

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of recent Director-level experience in Acute Care EDs (within the last year)

  • Experience managing Level I/II Trauma Centers with 80,000+ annual ED visits

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferred or approved education plan

  • Active Texas RN license or eligible for compact licensing

  • Current BLS certification required
