Qualifications include 15+ years of non-profit fundraising experience, proven success in securing major gifts, and excellent relationship-building skills.
Work involves travel, occasional outside hours, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Compensation ranges from $225K-$250K.
