The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistency in care delivery, staffing, documentation, and outcomes across joint venture locations. This role involves leading clinical readiness and execution for new joint ventures, with a focus on strong referral flow, admissions performance, and ongoing service delivery. The VP will also be tasked with owning clinical quality, compliance, and performance management, and will be expected to develop and hold senior clinical leaders accountable for operational excellence and high-performing teams.Applicants must have an active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in California, or the ability to obtain one, and a CHPN - Certified Hospice & Palliative Nurse certification. A minimum of 10 years of progressive clinical leadership experience, including a proven track record in multi-site clinical operations and experience within joint venture or hospital-partnered care models, is required. The role demands a leader with a strong ability to influence, collaborate, and make data-driven decisions, as well as exceptional communication, executive-level presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
