  • Develop innovative capital stack strategies for renewable energy and infrastructure projects

Institutional Capital Raising

  • Source and manage relationships with institutional investors, banks, private lenders, infrastructure funds, sovereign funds, and DFIs

  • Lead debt and equity placement efforts, including tax credit monetization and structured finance transactions

  • Oversee preparation of offering memorandums, investor decks, financial models, and data rooms

Execution & Portfolio Alignment

  • Align funding timelines with development, construction, and scaling milestones

  • Partner with internal development, legal, and executive teams to ensure capital readiness

  • Support M&A transactions, asset monetization, refinancing strategies, and co-investment structures

Market Intelligence & Optimization

  • Analyze capital markets conditions, interest rate trends, and investor appetite

  • Optimize portfolio leverage and cost of capital strategies

  • Identify opportunities for green bonds, climate finance instruments, and infrastructure-backed securities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field (MBA, CFA, or CPA strongly preferred)

  • 8–12+ years of experience in capital markets, project finance, structured finance, or investment banking

  • Demonstrated track record of raising and structuring institutional capital for energy, infrastructure, or industrial assets

  • Deep expertise in financial modeling, credit analysis, and securities structuring

  • Experience managing cross-border capital flows, tax equity structures, and public-private financing tools

Preferred Experience

  • Renewable energy tax credit financing (ITC/PTC), tax equity partnerships

  • Green bonds, climate finance, or ESG-linked capital markets

  • Familiarity with federal and state funding programs (DOE, DFC, C-PACE, infrastructure grants)

  • Experience working with multilaterals, sovereign wealth funds, infrastructure banks, or DFIs

  • Advanced Excel and capital structuring tools (VBA, project finance modeling platforms, debt structuring systems)
