Easy Pay Direct (EPD) is building the payment tools that power agentic commerce — where intelligent software agents can discover, evaluate, and transact on behalf of businesses and consumers.
We’re not just processing payments. We’re creating systems that allow autonomous and AI-assisted workflows to move money safely and reliably in a fast-evolving payments world.
Our operating principle is win win win: clients win, partners win, and team members win. If anyone isn’t winning, we’re doing it wrong.
Your Mission
Explore, prototype, and implement high-leverage solutions using Vibe Coding and modern automation tools — turning ideas, friction points, and opportunities into working systems that make EPD easier to operate and easier to scale.
What Success Looks Like

Ship at least one useful internal automation or tool
Identify several high-impact opportunities for improvement or experimentation
60 days
Independently design and deploy multiple Vibe-coded solutions
Improve at least one internal workflow with measurable impact (speed, reliability, clarity)
Collaborate effectively on special projects across ops, product, and leadership
90 days
Own a steady pipeline of experiments and implementations
Deliver tools used weekly by staff and/or clients
Be known internally as the person who turns ideas into working systems — fast
Responsibilities
Design, build, and implement tools, automations, and features using Vibe Coding

Reduce manual work, friction, and complexity across internal operations
Build internal tools that teams actually use and rely on
Create client-facing enhancements when there’s clear, validated value
Move quickly from idea prototype iteration deployment
Document solutions clearly so others can understand and extend them
Balance speed with good judgment and reliability

Traits That Win Here
Self-taught, relentlessly curious builder
Pragmatic and experimental — not precious about tools
Comfortable shipping imperfect versions and iterating

How We Work
At EPD, we hire and exit based on core values and KPIs. We’re not looking for people who aspire to our values — we’re looking for people who already live them: making things easier, communicating openly and effectively, doing the right thing, persisting through challenges, and growing quickly.
