We have proudly served the Pacific Northwest since 1963 as a full-service, multi-species practice. With more than 20 doctors and a team of 75+ staff members, we provide professional veterinary care 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. We are proud to be AAHA accredited, reflecting our commitment to the highest standards of veterinary excellence.
Our hospital is well equipped with digital radiography, ultrasound, MRI, multiple fully equipped surgical suites, telemetry, and comprehensive ICU facilities designed to support complete inpatient care. We also maintain a robust in-house laboratory.
Our team includes receptionists, veterinary assistants, licensed veterinary technicians, and doctors working together to deliver excellent care to our patients and clients. Position Overview:
The Veterinary Relations Manager serves as a key liaison between Pilchuck Veterinary Hospital and referring veterinarians within the local market and surrounding areas. This role is a strategic, operational, and communications-focused position that supports the growth and strength of referral relationships across all specialty departments.
The Veterinary Relations Manager maintains responsibility for the referral and reputation continuum of the hospital and leads multi-modal marketing efforts in collaboration with hospital leadership and marketing partners. This position works closely with clinical, client service, and administrative teams to ensure efficient referral processes, clear communication, and exceptional service for referring veterinarians and their teams.
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong relationship-building skills, understands local market opportunities and challenges, and can strategically navigate referral veterinarian and team relationships.

Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with an hourly pay rate starting at $31-36/ hour. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
