- Greet clients and their pets with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Collect and update patient information, medical history, and insurance details.
- Assist with medical record management and filing.
- Process payments for services rendered.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Coordinate with veterinary staff to ensure smooth workflow.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a veterinary clinic or animal-related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with veterinary terminology and procedures is highly desirable.
- Ability to handle dogs and other animals safely and confidently.
- Experience with laboratory procedures, medical collection, or kennel operations is beneficial.
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient computer skills for data entry, appointment scheduling, and record keeping.
