Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and their beloved pets. Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and their pets with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Collect and update patient information, medical history, and insurance details.
  • Assist with medical record management and filing.
  • Process payments for services rendered.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Coordinate with veterinary staff to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.

Experience:
  • Previous experience working in a veterinary clinic or animal-related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with veterinary terminology and procedures is highly desirable.
  • Ability to handle dogs and other animals safely and confidently.
  • Experience with laboratory procedures, medical collection, or kennel operations is beneficial.

Skills:
