- Building a culture rooted in clarity, professionalism, and collaboration.
You Will Bring
- 3+ years of operations or management experience (veterinary, healthcare, multi-unit service, hospitality, or similar industries).
- Strong business and financial acumen with comfort managing budgets and KPIs.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach, mentor, and hold teams accountable.
- Experience leading change and improving organizational culture.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
- High emotional intelligence and a steady, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Experience with practice management software or business systems is a plus.
- Veterinary experience welcomed but not required.
