About This Role:
Join our veterinary practice as a Hospital Manager and lead a dedicated team committed to exceptional animal care! In this pivotal leadership role, you'll orchestrate the daily operations of our hospital, ensuring we deliver outstanding service to our clients and compassionate care to our patients.
As the operational backbone of our practice, you'll manage our talented staff, oversee financial performance, maintain compliance standards, and create an environment where both our team and clients thrive. Working closely with our veterinary medical team, you'll help shape a hospital culture that values excellence, collaboration, and growth while making a meaningful difference in pet healthcare.

- Previous veterinary practice or healthcare management experience is highly desirable
- Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) designation is a plus
- Experience with veterinary practice management software (Avimark/Cornerstone) preferred
