Branson Veterinary Hosptial is seeking an experienced Veterinary Hospital Manager to help lead our growing practice and support a collaborative, people-focused culture.

This role is ideal for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing business operations, team mentorship, and client experience. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a commitment to fostering a positive and supportive workplace.

As Hospital Manager, you will work closely with the Medical Director and leadership team to oversee daily operations, support staff development, and help drive the continued growth and success of the hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily hospital operations, workflow efficiency, and staffing support
  • Monitor financial performance, budgeting, payroll, and operational reporting
  • Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and team development initiatives
  • Support department leads while promoting a collaborative and positive culture
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, DEA, VMB, and hospital policies
  • Manage scheduling, inventory, equipment maintenance, and facility operations
  • Partner with leadership on strategic planning, growth initiatives, and client retention
  • Resolve client concerns and support an exceptional client experience

Schedule, Benefits & Compensation**:

This is a full-time salaried position requiring schedule flexibility based on hospital needs, including one Saturday shift per month.

  • Compensation: $55,000–$65,000 annual salary*
  • Bi-annual bonus opportunities based on hospital performance
  • Hiring bonus package up to $2,000 based on experience and credentials
  • CE allowance up to $1,000 based on credentials

Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of business management experience required
  • Veterinary experience preferred but not required
  • CVPM or equivalent education preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
  • Experience with budgeting, payroll, and operational management
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and support team development
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
  • Adaptability with technology and hospital management systems
