In this role, you will partner closely with medical leadership to oversee operations, drive financial performance, and support continued hospital growth while fostering a positive, collaborative culture. The ideal candidate is confident managing a P&L, implementing operational strategies, delegating effectively, and leading teams through change.
We are seeking a highly organized leader who can manage multiple priorities, mentor department leads, and enhance operations, marketing, team engagement, and community outreach. Strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to build accountability across teams are essential for success in this role.
