Seeking friendly and enthusiastic Veterinary Customer Service Representatives to support primary care, emergency, and specialty teams in a leading AAHA-accredited hospital in Washington D.C.
As the client service face of the hospital, you'll set the tone for the client experience with excellent communication, motivation, and engagement. Previous veterinary client-facing experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key.
Schedule: Full-time, four 10-hour shifts per week, with some weekends and holidays.
