Were partnering with a mission-driven non-profit in Fairfield County that is looking for a Client Services Representativebut this is far from a typical customer service role.
This is for someone who:- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Has strong communication and customer service skills
- Is organized and detail-oriented
- Wants their work to support the community
Youll be:
Greeting clients in person, over the phone, and online while providing clear and accurate information
Scheduling appointments and managing a high-volume calendar
Handling client questions and providing support in a professional and compassionate manner
Managing front desk responsibilities including data entry, payments, and communication
Working with the clinic team to support daily operations and patient flow
Full-time, Hourly role (4 day work week!) Monday-Thursday
Set hours + full benefits
