We are seeking a Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our fast-growing emergency and specialty veterinary team. The role involves greeting clients, managing appointments, handling medical records, processing payments, and ensuring a smooth client experience with compassion and professionalism. The schedule is Thursday–Saturday, 8a-8p. Ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, the ability to stay composed under stress, attention to detail, and computer proficiency. Previous veterinary experience is preferred.
