Veterinary Client Liaison

We are seeking an experienced Client Liaison to join our team at VCA Brookline. Why We Need You

As the face of VCA Brookline, the Client Liaison sets the tone for the practice as we build and maintain each customer's trust and confidence in our abilities. This is a specialized and pivotal role that focuses on personalizing every client's experience. You will be responsible for:

• Primary responsibility to schedule, organize and maintain all International Health Certificate appointments and assist USDA doctors with documentation
• Placing outbound calls for follow-ups under the direction of the doctors
• New client coordinator
• Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments when needed
• Assisting HM and CSR Supervisor with VCA client experience programs and initiatives
• Assisting front desk team during "rush" hours with phone calls and administrative duties
• Coordinating appointments with nearby Emergency and Specialty Referral practices

Pay Rate: $22-$24/hr depending on experience
