VCA PetMed Animal Hospital is growing and looking for a Veterinary Assistant Supervisor to join our leadership team!
Full-time | Four 10-hour shifts per week with rotating Saturdays
Compensation is based on experience, skill set, and leadership background.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced veterinary professional who is passionate about leadership, mentorship, and patient care. We are seeking someone who can lead by example, foster a positive and collaborative culture, and help develop our support staff while maintaining the high standards of care our clients and patients deserve.
As a Veterinary Assistant Supervisor, you will partner closely with our Medical Director and Hospital Manager to support daily hospital operations, mentor team members, and drive engagement and efficiency throughout the hospital. This role offers the opportunity to strengthen your leadership skills while making a meaningful impact on both the team and the hospital's continued growth.
