Collect stool and urine samples under the supervision of a doctor and as allowed by state regulations.Keep medical records accurate and up to dateMake certain entire hospital is cleanAnswers telephone calls quickly, efficiently and in a professional and friendly manner using a multi-line systemPrepares client invoices for services performedReceives and relays telephone, fax, and email messages accurately and promptlyEducating clients on preventive care and having a strong knowledge of the products we stockCustomer service in all forms - interacting face to face, occasionally answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, following up withclientspost-visit, and educating clients and empowering them to provide the best caretotheir pets (Experience with Cornerstone a plus)BENEFITS We'repassionate about helping you reach your greatest potential- both at work and at home.
