About the Role

Seagrove Animal Hospital is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Veterinary
Assistant to join our team. Whether you're just starting out or have hands-on
experience, we'd love to hear from you. Our experienced staff is committed to helping
new team members grow and succeed in a supportive clinical environment.

Client Service Skills:

• Exceptional customer service and phone etiquette

Veterinary Assistant Skills:

• Ability to place IV and urinary catheters
• Administer medications (IV, IM, SQ, PO)
• Draw blood and run in-house bloodwork
• General radiology knowledge
• Dental radiology and hygienist skills
• General to advanced anesthesia skills
• Assist with exams, dentals, and surgeries
• Patient monitoring

Interested in becoming a Registered Veterinary Technician? If you have assistant experience and want to pursue registration, we're open to discussing support for schooling costs. Paid school fees are dependent on grades and require a contract after 6 months of employment.

Experience
