Partnering with the practice manager and leadership team, youll develop strategies, implement improvements, and guide our hospital towards excellence in patient and client care while supporting staff development.

Youngs Animal Hospital is looking for a Veterinarian Medical Director to join our team as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community. About Our Hospital Youngs Animal Hospital is a small animal general practice located in Titusville, Florida, providing high-quality, dedicated care for every patient. Our hospital has a collaborative and highly tenured team and is committed to a positive, supportive work environment. We take pride in providing compassionate care and upholding the highest standards of medical excellence. Join our experienced team of doctors, credentialed technicians, and compassionate support staff to ensure your clients and patients are receiving exceptional veterinary care.
We are open Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm and Saturday 8:00 am - 10:00 pm.
Serving Titusville and the surrounding Space Coast communities, including visitors and seasonal residents.
Provide your best care as a Thrive Pet Healthcare veterinarian. Support and mentor veterinarians at your hospital toward achieving medical excellence and enhancing patient care and outcomes through close collaboration with practice managers and hospital leadership. With our comprehensive support, youll be empowered to perform at your best. Utilize leadership training resources and mentorship programs to develop your skills and advance your career.
