A well-regarded small animal practice in the Greater Philadelphia area is seeking a Veterinary Medical Director to lead its dedicated team. This role is ideal for a veterinarian who enjoys both clinical work and leadership, with a focus on high-quality patient care and operational excellence.


About the Practice:

The clinic is equipped with an in-house lab, digital and dental radiography, and supports both routine and complex soft tissue surgeries. An experienced support team ensures smooth patient care and efficient workflow. Anesthesia protocols include full pre-op screening, IV fluids, and close technician monitoring.

Operating hours run Monday through Saturday with no on-call duties. Scheduling is flexible, with built-in time for records and client communication. Saturday rotations are preferred but negotiable.


Role Overview:

The Medical Director will collaborate with the practice management team to oversee daily operations, uphold medical standards, support the veterinary team, manage compliance, and contribute to strategic planning.
