This is an outstanding opportunity for a veterinarian who enjoys combining clinical excellence with leadership. You'll spend the majority of your time practicing high-quality medicine while also mentoring fellow veterinarians, shaping clinical standards, and helping develop a positive, collaborative hospital culture.

The Practice

This busy, high-performing small animal general practice offers an excellent mix of preventative healthcare, medicine and surgery, giving veterinarians the opportunity to enjoy varied and rewarding caseloads.

You'll be supported by an experienced team of veterinary professionals with a strong technician-to-doctor support structure, allowing veterinarians to focus on delivering outstanding patient care.

The Role
As Medical Director you will:
•Lead the clinical direction of the hospital
•Maintain exceptionally high medical standards
•Mentor and develop associate veterinarians
•Support technicians and nursing staff through clinical guidance
•Work closely alongside the Practice Manager to optimise workflow and patient care
•Lead clinical meetings and protocol development
•Continue seeing your own rewarding clinical caseload
•Help recruit and develop future veterinary talent

About You
Applicants should have:
•DVM (or equivalent) qualification
