We are partnering with a well-established, multi-doctor small animal hospital in Austin, TX seeking an experienced Veterinarian / Medical Director to join their growing team.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a veterinarian ready to step into a leadership position within a highly regarded practice known for its loyal client base, collaborative culture, and long-standing reputation for high-quality patient care.

The incoming Medical Director will play a key role in shaping the hospital's clinical direction while continuing to practice hands-on medicine, mentor fellow veterinarians, and enjoy meaningful clinical autonomy.

Hospital Schedule

  • MondayFriday: 8:00am6:00pm
  • Saturday: 8:00am2:00pm
  • Rotating Saturday schedule required


Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary up to $180,000 depending on experience
  • 22% production bonus with no negative accrual

About You


  • DVM or equivalent veterinary degree
  • Eligible for veterinary licensure in Texas
  • Previous leadership or mentorship experience preferred
  • Comfortable performing routine surgery and dentistry
  • Strong communication and team leadership skills
  • Passionate about collaborative medicine and patient care excellence
