A thriving, small animal clinic near Fort Bliss in El Paso, TX is seeking a Medical Director to take the reins of a well-established practice committed to exceptional care and team development.

Up to $190K Base | $50K Sign-On Bonus | Weekday-Only Schedule | Ownership Potential

This is a rare opportunity to join a privately owned, rapidly growing clinic with autonomy, leadership influence, and a true work-life balanceincluding no weekends, no late nights, and no on-call responsibilities.


What You'll Enjoy:

  • Fixed weekday schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • No weekends or emergency call
  • Autonomy to shape medical protocols and team standards

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Up to $190,000 base salary, based on experience
  • 22% production bonus with no negative accrual
  • $50,000 welcome bonus
  • Equity/investment opportunities in the practice
  • Up to 6 weeks PTO, negotiable
