Associate Veterinarian - New and Experienced DVMs welcome!

Privately owned, well‑established 1‑doctor small‑animal practice in the Maple Leaf/Lake City neighborhood of Seattle looking for an Associate Veterinarian to join our team and help us continue providing the high‑quality, personalized care our community knows us for.

Our caseload is primarily canine/feline, with the option to see additional species depending on your comfort level. Experienced veterinarians will appreciate the autonomy, respect, and medical freedom that come with practicing in a non‑corporate environment. New or recent graduates will find mentorship tailored to their comfort level, with support in building confidence in both clinical skills and client communication. We welcome the development of individual interests—whether surgery, advanced dentistry, integrative medicine, or other areas you’re excited to grow in. Salary, per diem, and production structures are all negotiable based on experience and preference.
  • Flexibility for either full‑time or part‑time schedule
  • No emergency or on‑call duties
  • Digital radiography and well‑maintained diagnostic equipment
  • Competitive salary and benefits catered to your preferences
  • CE allowance and paid CE time
  • A stable, friendly neighborhood clientele
  • A supportive team that values collaboration and high‑quality medicine
  • Opportunities to pursue and expand your professional interests (surgery, dentistry, integrative medicine, etc.)
We are looking for an associate that values practicing good medicine, clear communication, and building long‑term relationships with clients. Someone who is interested in working in a privately owned clinic where medical integrity, kindness, and small‑town values guide everyday decisions.
If you’re looking for a positive, community‑oriented practice where your experience and interests are truly valued, we would be excited to connect with you.
