Overview
Our client is looking for a talented Vestmark Configuration Analyst to join a key project in support of the platform. This individual will play a central role in configuring and optimizing the Vestmark platform throughout the conversion lifecycle, ensuring business requirements are accurately reflected in the system. Our client needs someone with excellent hands on Vestmark configuration experience with the ability to face off with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain the Vestmark platform
- Translate business and operational requirements into detailed platform configuration specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues as they arise during the conversion lifecycle
- Partner with project stakeholders to define configuration standards, workflows, and best practices
- Document configuration decisions, system mappings, and process workflows
- Support go-live readiness activities and post-conversion stabilization efforts
Qualifications
- Hands-on Vestmark platform configuration experience (required)
- Proven track record supporting platform conversions or large-scale system implementations
- Experience configuring SMA structures within a wealth management platform
- Familiarity with trading workflows in a managed accounts environment
- Background in wealth management or financial services
- Experience with UAT planning, execution, and defect tracking
- Ability to face off with technical and non-technical stakeholders and teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Compensation
$60-70/hr
