WeldForce Group is currently seeking an experienced Vessel Welder Fitter Supervisor to join our team at our fabrication shop in the Houston area. This is a day shift position and requires hands-on leadership skills in a fast-paced, high-quality fabrication environment.
Responsibilities:
Supervise a crew of 12+ welders and fitters
Ensure quality and productivity standards are met
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Oversee welding and fitting of pressure vessels and related components
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Provide training, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members
Requirements:
8+ years of supervisory experience in a fabrication shop
Strong knowledge of vessel welding and fitting techniques
Ability to read and interpret complex fabrication drawings
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Familiarity with safety standards and shop protocols
