Schedule: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $41.00 $45.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility, strength, and function
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress
Requirements:
Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Virginia (or eligibility)
Previous experience in a long-term care setting preferred
Strong communication and patient care skills
