As a Verizon Team Member, you receive sales training that prepares you to translate fiber advantages into everyday benefits that customers instantly understand. Your role blends education, service, and sales guidance as you help customers compare Fios to their current provider. The Verizon Team Member maintains credibility by documenting details and following through with care.
Responsibilities of the Verizon Team Member
- Chat with customers about how Verizon Fios internet can make streaming, gaming, and everyday browsing smoother and more reliable.
- Walk customers through Verizon Fios options in a relaxed, easy-to-follow way that keeps the sales experience comfortable and pressure-free.
- Recommend Fios packages based on internet habits, entertainment preferences, and connected device usage.
- Keep sales conversations organized by updating service details, scheduling follow-ups, and supporting smooth Verizon Fios enrollments.
- Help create positive customer experiences that strengthen trust in Verizon Fios and encourage long-term sales relationships.
- Team up with Verizon Team Members to keep sales momentum strong while making every Verizon Fios interaction feel welcoming and helpful.
Qualifications of a Verizon Team Member
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
