Your Daily Responsibilities as a Verizon Client Engagement Associate


  • As a verizon client engagement associate you will respond to client inquiries in person about our services, plans and account information, ensuring clarity and a helpful experience
  • Assist clients with service adjustments, renewals, plan changes, and other account needs
  • Actively support customers, providing guidance and assistance to make every interaction meaningful
  • Use our CRM system to track client interactions, document updates, and record feedback in an organized way
  • Escalate complex issues to senior verizon client engagement associates or specialized teams to ensure timely solutions and a smooth client experience
  • Work closely with Verizon Client Engagement associates, Sales, Customer Support, and technical teams to meet client expectations and maintain service standards
  • Stay up to date with product updates, service changes, and customer engagement tools through training sessions

What you’ll bring as a Verizon Client Engagement Associate 


  • High School diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly
