Job Title: Verification & Validation (V&V) Test Technician – Temp to Perm
Location: Manchester, NH
Pay Rate: $22-23/hr (1st Shift and 2nd shifts)
Hours:
1st Shift – 6:30am – 3:00pm
2nd Shift – 2:30pm – 11:00pm
Duration: 6 Months Temporary to Permanent
Position Summary and Special Duties:
As a V&V Test Technician, your day-to-day duties will consist of, but may not be limited to:
- Execute detailed test procedures according to written instructions in a regulated environment
- Work closely within a testing team of 5+ including Test Managers, Shift Leads, Engineers, and Technicians
- Accurately document test results to support regulatory approval and manufacturing release
- Ensure test results reflect true test conditions and meet FDA documentation standards
- Identify, report, and escalate any anomalies observed during testing
- Collaborate with engineering teams for troubleshooting and continuous improvement
- Provide feedback to improve the accuracy and repeatability of test procedures
Job Specifications:
- Education or formal training in a technical field (Bachelor’s Degree, Associate Degree, Vocational Education, etc.)
- At least 1 year of experience in a Design QA or Manufacturing QA testing role (medical device experience preferred)
- Hands-on experience using test equipment such as data loggers, scales, and pressure gauges
- Familiarity with executing test procedures created by others
- Strong computer skills, including:
- Working with spreadsheets
- Running custom software tools
- Executing command-line instructions
- Experience with SQL or working with data sets/databases is strongly preferred.
- Ability to lift 25–30 lbs as needed
- Flexibility to support weekend work (approx. 5–10% as needed)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
