Verification & Screening Representative
Onsite in Goodlettsville | Fully Remote eligible after temporary to hire conversion (approx. 4-6mos)
Open to candidates residing in Nashville, TN and Surrounding areas only
Daily Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00-5:00
$18.00 - $20.00 hourly pay range

Tasks & Responsibilities - Verification & Screening Representative:
- Review, process, and verify employment and deposit information with accuracy, confidentiality, and timely communication.
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls, as well as email and live chat support, to handle verification requests and employer inquiries.
- Send, track, and manage verification forms and third‑party requests efficiently while maintaining organized documentation.
- Manage high volumes of email correspondence and multitask effectively in a fast‑paced environment while adhering to company policies and procedures.
