An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced hospitality leader to join the Royal Mail Hotel, Tewantin.

Located in the heart of the Noosa region, the Royal Mail Hotel is a well-established local favourite, bringing together great food, cold beers, entertainment and genuine community spirit. We're looking for a commercially minded Venue Manager who can lead from the front, build strong teams, drive venue performance and deliver exceptional guest experiences while continuing to grow the venue's presence within the local market.

• Attractive salary package of $100,000 - $115,000 + Super, plus quarterly KPI bonus (OTE up to $159,000).

• Experience driving venue performance, guest satisfaction and profitability.
• A passion for hospitality and community engagement.

Experience managing a venue of similar size and complexity will be highly regarded.
