Job Summary:

This is a fully onsite position based in Orange County.

The Venue & Event Producer for Orange County supports the Venue & Event Manager in achieving venue sales goals, managing event operations, and ensuring seamless planning and execution of events held at a dedicated venue space. This role plays a key part in planning and managing events from contract to completion, while supporting daily venue operations, assisting with bookings, and delivering exceptional client service.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine heart for hospitality.
  • Professional, enthusiastic, responsible, and dependable team player.
  • Developing sales and negotiation skills with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with sales KPIs, pipeline management, and CRM systems.
  • Experience planning and executing events with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative mindset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google applications, CRM platforms, and catering/event management software.
  • 3-5 years of experience in catering, hospitality, sales, or event coordination roles.
  • College degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
  • Current California Food Handler's card required.
  • Reliable transportation and clean driving record required.

Pay Range:

$25-$27 Per Hour (Depending on experience), Full Time + Commission
