What You'll Do:
The Art of the Layout: Transform raw veneer into stunning faces using a guillotine and splicer.
Precision Execution: Read complex architectural drawings and cutlists to ensure every grain match and cut (Plain Sliced, Quartered, Rift) is flawless.
Material Expertise: Work with a massive variety of species, identifying the unique characteristics of each.
Collaborative Excellence: Work alongside a team of elite makers in a Lean manufacturing environment focused on flow and quality.
