This position will be a hybrid remote/in-office position, currently required in office two days per week, with some additional required meetings and event attendance in Clark, NJ. This is a full-time, Monday thru Friday position.What You'll Do:Reviewing monthly vendor statements of accountProvide support and service for designated vendorsInvestigate and resolve account issues: Account holds, missing invoices, partial or over payments, chargebacks etc.Review and verify invoices set to payMaintain account information: remit address, AR rep, terms, payment methodsWork closely with Invoice Processing to ensure payments are madeAssist in AP activities for fiscal year end closeoutWho We Are Looking ForHigh School Diploma or equivalentCustomer Service experienceStrong Microsoft Excel skillsOrganized and excellent time management skills a mustPositive attitude and problem solving abilityFamiliarity of INFOR SXE a plusExperience with accounts payable representationThorough knowledge of accounting debit/credit entriesAbility to interact professionally with all levels of management, employees, and vendorsWhat We OfferWe offer a competitive benefits package that includes:401(k) planHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceLife insurancePaid holidaysVacationEmployee negotiated discounts Who We AreFounded in 1923, Turtle is a fourth-generation, family-owned, and three-generation women-owned business, and one of the nation’s largest independent electrical and industrial distributors.
