Vendor Relations Coordinator
Location: Addison, TX (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday  10:00 AM–6:00 PM
Pay Rate: $19 per hour
Employment Type: 3–6 Month Contract (Potential to Extend or Convert)
Overview
Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a Vendor Relations Coordinator in Addison, TX for a growing waste and sustainability company. This role is ideal for someone who is professional, dependable, and enjoys assisting others over the phone. The Vendor Relations Coordinator will manage vendor relationships, ensure accurate communication, and support daily operations to keep things running smoothly.
Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor calls and emails.

  • Onboard new vendors and verify that all documentation and data are accurate and complete.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve vendor service issues or delays in a timely and professional manner.

  • Document interactions and maintain accurate records within internal systems.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to follow up on open items and ensure efficient service delivery.

  • Provide excellent customer service with a polished and professional demeanor.
Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in vendor relations, customer service, or a related administrative role.

  • Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone presence.

  • Experience handling inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

  • Professional demeanor and ability to represent the company well in all interactions.

  • No degree required—excellent communication and reliability are key.

  • Experience in waste management, logistics, or sustainability is a plus.
