What You Will Do

  • Monitors vendor relationships, capital and O&M spend analysis and asset management for Administrative Services.
  • Tracks service level expectations to drive improved processes, reduced risk, and minimized cost.
  • Develops Requests for Proposals (RFP), Requests for Information (RFI), and Requests for Quotation (RFQ).
  • Assess results, document recommendations, and communicate results to key stakeholders.
  • Evaluates potential vendors using criteria such as industry experience, capacity, quality standards and financial stability.
  • Communicate expectations and standards; and negotiate contract terms with vendors
  • Prepares and maintains all required documentation relating to vendor selection processes and contractual and business obligations.
  • Collects and analyzes data on vendor contracts, performance, risk and relationships to key stakeholders and vendors.
  • Responsible for ensuring contractual compliance, including software licensing and resolving vendor issues and disputes.
  • Coordinates, researches and prepares information regarding the Enterprise Services budget including but not limited to monthly variance analysis and annual budget compilation.
  • Responsible for effectively managing IT maintenance agreements and facilities lease agreements.
  • Regular and reliable attendance is required in performance of job.

What You Will Need

  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, other related field or an equivalent combination of formal education and job-related experience
  • Experience understanding contracts and software licensing agreements.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills, preferably with budgets or accounting background.
  • Working knowledge of applying policies and implementing procedures consistent with established strategies.
  • Working knowledge of identifying and utilizing key performance indicators to drive successful results.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and negotiate contracts.
  • Demonstrated ability to make presentations to groups and individuals and communicate effectively with vendors.
  • Minimum Applicable driver's license.
  • Requires travel to offices and job sites throughout system.
  • Mobility to travel in and around office surroundings.
  • Communicate and/or exchange information verbally; conduct oral presentations.
  • Visual Requirements sufficient to perform job duties.
