Vendor Master Analyst


We're partnering with a large, privately held manufacturing company experiencing continued growth and expansion across North America. As the organization continues to invest in its people, they're looking to add a Master Data Analyst (Vendor Master) to their team.


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and integrity of vendor master information.


What You'll Do:



  • Review, approve, or reject vendor setup and change requests while ensuring data accuracy and compliance

  • Partner with internal business teams to ensure vendor requests are complete and meet company standards

  • Analyze reports to identify data quality issues and maintain vendor master integrity

  • Investigate and resolve vendor master data issues and respond to system-related inquiries

  • Communicate directly with external vendors to gather and validate required information

  • Assist with vendor management training materials and facilitate training sessions as needed

  • Help improve forms, procedures, and master data processes while identifying opportunities for increased efficiency

  • Participate in projects focused on strengthening vendor master data governance and team effectiveness


What We're Looking For:



  • Associate's degree preferred

  • 3+ years of experience in data management, accounts payable, supply chain, or a related function within an ERP environment

  • Experience working with vendor master data or enterprise master data management preferred

  • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organization

  • A proactive, self-motivated professional who can work independently and collaboratively
