Description:
We need a team player who has superb organization, efficiency, and attention-to-detail skills to support our outsourced technology resource management functions.

Highly desirable, STRONG Excel SKILLS with strong VLOOKUP/ XLOOKUP skills and ability to merge/manage dynamic information across disparate systems that are constantly changing.

Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and make logical decisions based on validated information and established processes.

The role will receive information from multiple points of contact - leadership, the Fieldglass PMO team, Workplace, Managers and Suppliers and will need to handle and "own" the process to ensure data accuracy.

Excellent communications skills and the ability to follow-up frequently to ensure data validation.

The work assignment is currently until EOY 2026. Would prefer candidates near one of our main offices (Cedar Rapids, Denver, Baltimore).

SAP Fieldglass, AD= Active Directory, ServiceNow PPM and Apptio are nice-to-have experiences.

Day-to-Day activities include:
MONTHLY REPORTING THAT INCLUDES:
" Document and review all Active Directory & Build Request profiles work with Tech Leads to identify actual resource/role needs & global technology to create new profiles with updated software and Active directory requirements,
" Manage resolution of ServiceNow PPM vs SAP Fieldglass time discrepancies
" Calculate / Report contract & resource metrics
" Audit Fieldglass roster
" Monitor and update Contractor expiration dates before sending to the Fieldglass PMO team
" SLA/KPI/CPI Tracking
" Track the contractor onboarding lifecycle metrics
" Partner with the Fieldglass PMO to ensure job posting submissions and updates
