They conduct audits, compile performance metrics, create Vendor Score Cards, and review invoices for accuracy, ensuring prompt payments.
The role involves analyzing performance data, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting contract enhancements.
Qualifications include strong telecommunication knowledge, excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite, and 3-6 years of related experience or equivalent education. Flexibility for shifts, independent work, and team guidance are also required.
