ARE YOU THE VENDOR MANAGED INVENTORY ASSOCIATE OUR TEAM NEEDS?

If you can meet the following requirements, we need you as our Vendor Managed Inventory Associate!

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 21+ years old
• 2+ years of driving experience in all weather conditions
• Valid Michigan driver's license with a clean record
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card
• Ability to safely lift 50+ lbs
• Basic computer and math skills
• Ability to use tape measures and digital calipers
• Typing speed of 25+ WPM
• Strong judgment and decision-making abilities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and analyze data, identify trends, and forecast inventory needs accurately
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Comfortable and willing to drive in all types of weather

Experience in supply chain, logistics, ERP systems (Epicor a plus), and knowledge of hydraulic components are preferred.

WHAT VITAL ASSISTANCE DO YOU PROVIDE?

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with overtime as needed.

As our Vendor Managed Inventory Associate, you'll oversee Vendor Managed Inventory responsibilities by maintaining accurate stock levels, generating replenishment orders, and ensuring customer inventory needs are consistently met. You'll support shipping and receiving operations, including unloading, organizing, and efficiently distributing products. As part of a cross-functional team, you'll also be cross-trained in production, allowing you to step in where needed and contribute to overall operational continuity.
