The Vendor Insurance Analyst is responsible for frontline insurance risk management by working with vendors/subcontractors and Company's project staff for an assigned territory.

Your specific duties will include:
  • Review, analyze, and interpret insurance documentation and policies for vendors/contractors to ensure compliance with contracts and written agreements.
  • Independently approve or deny insurance documents based on analysis and understanding of vendors' scope of work and activities.
  • Review contracts to gain understanding of vendor work activities and insurance requirements.
  • Maintain accountability for an assigned territory and ensure compliance standards are met.
  • Enter and maintain information in company databases and software platforms for monitoring and tracking purposes.
  • Liaise with project management staff, vendors/contractors, and insurance representatives throughout the insurance review process.
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure all insurance guidelines and requirements are met.
Required qualifications for the position include:
  • Bachelor's degree in risk management or related discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry or risk management field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and general computer applications.
Pay Rate: $30.88 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
