Castle Hyundai of Oak Lawn is looking for a highly motivated Vehicle Upgrade Coordinator to work directly with our service customers and identify opportunities for them to upgrade into a newer vehicle. 

With 50+service customers visiting our dealership every day, you'll have a consistent stream of opportunities and a real chance to build a successful career.

What You'll Do

• Meet and assist customers while their vehicles are being serviced
• Identify customers with positive trade equity or upgrade opportunities
• Explain the benefits of upgrading to a new Hyundai
• Present personalized upgrade options based on customer needs
• Schedule appointments and introductions with the sales team
• Follow up with customers using our CRM database and dealership tools
• Stay current on inventory, incentives, and special programs
• Work closely with bot the service and sales departments

This is not a cold-calling position. You'll work directly with customers already doing business with our dealership, creating opportunities to help them lower payments, upgrade features, or simply move into a newer vehicle.

What We're Looking For

• Automotive sales, customer service, or dealership experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Comfort with CRM software and dealership management systems
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Acceptable driving record and valid driver’s license
