Description

Our client, an innovative automotive technology company, is seeking for Vehicle Technicians to join their team. As a Vehicle Technician (BaseOps), you will be part of the team supporting engineering, testing, and fleet operations. The ideal candidate will have strong background in automotive fleet diagnostic and repair as well as strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to multitask, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Vehicle Technician 
Location: Culver City, CA
Pay Range: $45.00–$52.00/hour

What's the Job?

  • Perform maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and vehicle setup to ensure fleet readiness and safe on-road operation.
  • Coordinate repairs, maintain service records, and create diagnostic test plans as needed.
  • Partner with the Shop Foreman to prepare vehicles for testing and demonstration activities.
  • Maintain shop facilities, tools, equipment, and parts inventory to support daily operations.
  • Travel locally as needed and attend one week of required training in San Francisco and/or Las Vegas during the first month of employment.


What's Needed?

  • 2–4 years of vehicle technician experience with strong automotive maintenance and diagnostic skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to pass background, MVR, and drug screening.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities with a team-oriented, self-starter attitude.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand or sit for extended periods, and work safely in a shop environment.
  • Willingness to travel for required training and wear ASTM-compliant safety boots.
