Our Client, an AV Manufacturing company, is looking for a Vehicle Technician, Level 3 for their Las Vegas, NC location.
Responsibilities:
- Lead repairs and streamline processes for efficiency.
- Mentor and train Level 1 and 2 technicians.
- Provide feedback on repair instructions and suggest serviceability improvements.
- Diagnose complex issues, including BUS communication and HV circuits.
- Use advanced tools (e.g., Canalyzer) to log and analyze data.
- Interface with engineers and management for escalations and process improvements.
- Execute all repair types independently with minimal supervision.
Requirements:- 4+ years automotive experience.
- Automotive degree or trade school certificate highly recommended; ASE certifications a plus.
- Advanced diagnostic capability and in-depth knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems.
